Shipping & Delivery

Goods will be despatched via Royal Mail, City Link or Parcel Force within mainland UK only. However Due to the massive range of products we provide it is not possible to hold every item in stock and short delays may be experienced from time to time whilst awaiting delivery from the manufacturer. Where this is applicable we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery date. Should this delivery date be unacceptable we will accept cancellation of your order and any moneys paid will be immediately refunded. We anticipate that under normal circumstances you will receive your goods 2 to 7 days from our receipt of order. 

Privacy & Security
When you visit, register or order products or services from Lostock Tackle Shop you may be asked to provide certain essential information about yourself, including your name, contact details etc. Any information collected from you at the time will be stored in our database and used purely for the purposes of providing your goods. Under no circumstances will your information be passed on to a third party. At no time during the ordering process is any credit or debit card information visible or recorded and is transacted directly with the payment point selected.
Returns & Replacements

In line with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, the cancellation period starts the "day after" receipt of the goods. You are not required to give a reason for the return of the goods but in order to improve our products and service any comments would always be welcome. We will refund the total value of your order within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods.

We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and must be returned in “as new” condition without any damage to either items or packaging. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). Please ensure that returned goods are clearly identified as being from yourself, are well packaged and returned to: Lostock Tackle Shop, 26 Watkin Lane, Lostock Hall, Preston, PR5 5RD.

On the rare occasion that an item becomes faulty outside of the above timescales which may require replacement or repair we ask that you contact us on 01772 339725 in the first instance to discuss the best course of action.

Ordering
Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products; however there may be occasional errors. If we discover an error in the information displayed about a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order. All items are offered subject to availability. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal or Cash on collection. Payment is taken when your order is placed. All prices are quoted in £ sterling (and are inclusive of VAT) unless otherwise stated. All prices are exclusive of postage and packing details of which will be clearly displayed in your Shopping Basket at checkout. Payment may only be made in £ sterling. Upon delivery full responsibly of the products are automatically transferred to the customer.
